All of our weight loss programs and products are administered by Lake Norman Weight Loss & Wellness are done by our certified Medical Team and follows the customized weight loss program. Our program is designed with once-monthly pricing.

Each month includes an initial (or follow-up) consultation with Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner. Featuring 2 lipo-b12 injections given biweekly, 1 month prescription for FDA-approved weight loss medication, extensive customized nutrition counseling, exercise recommendations, and a comprehensive health history.

Note: Certain medical conditions prevent the use of appetite suppressants. Your healthcare provider will collect a complete medical history at each visit including review of current medications and focused exam to ensure your personalized weight loss plan is both SAFE and effective.

Vitamin B12 Shots

Vitamin B12 plays a major role in a number of the body’s essential functions, including DNA synthesis and the formation of red blood cells. It also helps the body convert fats and proteins into energy and aids in the breakdown of carbohydrates.

B12 deficiency can lead to several ailments, most notably megaloblastic anemia, which is caused by a low red blood cell count. The most common symptom of megaloblastic anemia is fatigue. This form of anemia, as well as other health issues associated with B12 deficiency, can be easily treated with injections of the vitamin. This fatigue occurs because your body doesn’t have enough vitamin B12 to make red blood cells, which transport oxygen throughout your body. As a result, you are unable to efficiently transport oxygen to your body’s cells, making you feel tired and weak.

The ladies at LKN Weight Loss are amazing! From my first visit Shannon was open and informative and always willing to be personable and never judgmental. Whatever questions and concerns I have they are there and willing to make answer or seek the answers which is amazing.
